Foot Length – measured from the outermost point of the heel to the tip of the longest toe of your foot
Foot Width – foot circumference around the ball measured all the way around the widest part of the foot
2. Instep – instep circumference in the highest part of your foot; pass tape around the center of each instep (from arch to instep above)
3. Heel – heel circumference measured all the way around the base of the heel and where the foot bends
4. Ankle – ankle circumference measured around the widest part of the ankle
5. Calf – calf circumference measured around the widest part of the calf
5a. Calf Height – calf height from heel to calf
6. Under Knee – circumference under knee
6a. Under Knee Height – knee height from heel to under knee
7. Knee – knee circumference measured around the widest part of the knee
8. Over Knee – knee circumference measured around the widest part of the over knee
9. Thigh – Thigh circumference measured around the widest part of the thigh
9. Thigh Height – thigh height from heel to widest part of thigh
