How to Initiate an Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us in advance via email or our website messenger. Include your order or invoice number and briefly explain the reason for the exchange. This helps us identify and process your request quickly.
Unidentified or unauthorised returns may be sent back to the sender.
Shipping of Exchanges
All returns are handled through our USA and Europe offices — you do not need to ship products back to Pakistan.
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are not available for change of mind or style preference, as all products are bespoke.

We make every effort to display accurate colours and details on our website. However, since our footwear is hand-stained and handcrafted, slight variations in shade, finish, or texture are normal and a mark of authentic craftsmanship.
