The Atelier · Est. by Hand
The Craft.
The Story.
One obsession. One workshop. Every pair built by the same hands.
The Origin
It started with a single pair of boots. No pattern. No instruction. Just leather, thread, and the decision to get it right.
The first pair took three months. They were worn to a WWII re-enactment in the Netherlands and caused more conversation than the uniform they were paired with.
Word spread. More orders followed. The workshop grew from a spare room into a dedicated atelier. The obsession became a business — without ever losing the obsession.
Today every pair still leaves the same hands. The process is the same. The standard is the same. The leather is better.
Every pair carries the same question — is this the best version of this boot that could exist?
The Standard
What We Refuse to Compromise.
The Mission
We don't make fashion. We make the boots that should have existed — the boots your character would actually wear.

The people behind the boot
Asama Shafique
Co-Founder — Sialkot, Pakistan
Born in the city that boots the world. He saw what the craft was worth and decided it was time the world saw it too.
The craft was always there. We just decided to stop hiding it behind someone else's label.
Mark Burbach
Co-Founder — Wilnis, Netherlands
A European who held one pair and knew immediately this needed to exist. He made sure it did.
This wasn't a gap in the market. It was a gap in visibility.
Sialkot craftsmanship · European vision · One signature.

Have a Character in Mind?
No catalogue. No template. Send us a reference image — we'll build the boots from scratch, exactly as you envision them.
The Work
Pairs That Left the Workshop.
Every pair on this page was made for a specific person, for a specific character. None are identical. All are gone.
