Getting the Perfect Fit
Size Guide.
The chart below provides a general size reference based on commonly used footwear sizing. Actual fit can vary between brands, styles, lasts, widths, and individual preferences.
Your usual shoe or boot size is the most useful starting point. After your order, we will ask for your measurements so our pattern maker can review them together with your stated size and determine the appropriate fit for your NOIRTIDE footwear.
We collect detailed measurements after checkout. Your standard size is just a reference point for us.
No boot is cut until your measurements are confirmed. You will hear from us within 24 hours of your order.
If the fit is not right, we make it right. This is the Noirtide standard on every order, without exception.

Step by Step
How to Measure Your Foot.
Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.
Keep your weight evenly distributed on both feet.
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
Repeat the process for your other foot, as left and right feet may differ slightly.
Send us both measurements along with the shoe size and width you normally wear.
For Boots — Calf Measurement
For knee-high and over-the-knee boots, we’ll ask for a few additional foot and leg measurements to help our pattern maker assess the fit and proportions of the boot. Clear, step-by-step measurement instructions will be provided after your order.
Not Sure?
Just Order Your Usual Size.
We contact you after every order to confirm measurements before we begin. No boot is cut without them.
