HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

If you wish to return a product, please contact us in advance via email or through our website messenger. Include your order or invoice number and briefly explain the reason for the return. This information will help us identify your return when it arrives at our warehouse. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS:

Your return must be sent from the same country where we originally shipped the order. You are fully responsible for the return shipment while it is in transit. If the return is lost or damaged during transit, you will be liable for the value of the items, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and insuring the contents of your return. Please keep the tracking number and/or the shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.

The cost of return shipping must be covered by the buyer. Make sure the returned merchandise reaches our warehouse within 15 days of receiving your package.

REFUNDS:

Please note that all of our items are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not offer refunds — we offer exchanges only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and received by our warehouse before the exchange can be processed.

We appreciate your understanding, as each product is handcrafted to meet your unique specifications.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you may do so before the order enters production. Once the production process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Since all our items are Made-to-Order and customized, any cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be canceled.

WEBSITE IMAGES:

A photograph is an image of an object captured under specific lighting conditions. When photographing our shoes, we use neutral studio lighting or natural light with neutral camera settings. We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on this website. However, since computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the colors will appear exactly the same on your screen.

Additionally, most of our products are hand-stained, so a certain degree of color variation is normal and to be expected.

YOUR ACCOUNT:

By creating an account with us, you can track your order status and access your order history. Saving your billing address, shipping address, and contact information also helps speed up future purchases.

Creating an account is completely optional — if you prefer not to register, you can make a purchase as a guest.
